You're not limited to only a few pre-defined menu items. You specify the phrases you want on the menu. Then, you can choose to have as few or as many pages for each menu item. And, you can have as few or as many paragraphs are you want for each page.

Paragraphs are extraordinarily versatile. You may have a header for the paragraph. Add one or two pictures and a caption for each, if you wish. Add some text which can be a sentence or two or hundreds of sentences. And, then you can add a hyperlink at the end of the text. Whew!

IOCC.com's Deluxe Web Hosting gives you FTP access (and secure shell if necessary) with access to many features including MySQL databases, PHP, Python, Perl and other languages.

Extensions such as Java, JavaScript, Flash, and Front Page work fine, as long as they do NOT require server-side extensions.

IOCC.com provides up to five megabytes (5MB) of personal web space as part of the basic service. Users may publish static web pages. Sorry, but for security reasons no scripts, scripting languages, or databases are allowed on the personal web server. Users who want to establish a personal web page should contact the IOCC.com office so that an FTP account can be setup. Users then connect to ftp://www.iocc.com, login, and upload pages.

IOCC.com's web servers are connected to AT&T's backbone via a T-3 (up to 45Mbps) data line. This high-speed line is continuously monitored to assure availability.

Servers at the IOCC.com datacenter are protected from power surges and power failures with backup battery supplies. In addition, IOCC.com has our own natural-gas-powered generator that supplies power in extended outages.

Data is saved twice daily, with one of those daily backups preserved each day for a week. One daily backup is saved each day for a week. One weekly backup is saved each week for a month. We save 2-3 monthly backups.

Our servers are Linux platform based instead of the Windows platform with all its security holes
