It's easy to configure your web publishing tool to have them upload to IOCC.com.
Note: the following examples use www.YOURWEBSITE.com as the domain name. Substitute your domain name for that phrase

Destination server: YOURWEBSITE.com

Destination directory: (leave blank) (use / if required).

User name / Account name: LOGIN ASSIGNED TO YOU

Password: the password for the LOGIN ASSIGNED TO YOU

Load FrontPage

Getting Started dialog box appears

Be sure Open an Existing Front Page Web is selected.

Click OK

Edit any files you want to change

Files | Publish FrontPage Web (Ctrl+B)

On the line for Publish FrontPage Web to:

If the Copy of appears, select it (ignore any other selections) and click the "OK" button. Skip the rest of this section.

If Copy of does NOT appear then click the More Webs... button

Instead of C:\some-path-on-your-hard-drive, make the line read:
ftp://YOURSITENAME.com
NOTICE it's FTP and NOT HTTP

Click the OK button.

Now, you can select Copy of and click the OK button.

IF Publishing FrontPage Components appears, click Continue. Get past any other distraction that may appear.

FrontPage should contact the server and begin the upload of your files. The "first time" all files will be uploaded. After that, you can choose to transfer only files that change.

Open Netscape and choose Composer from the "Window" menu. Create or edit the page to upload.

Click the "Publish" button.

Settings Tab:

Site Name: www.YourSiteName.com

Publish Address: ftp://www.YourSiteName.com

HTTP Address of your Home Page: http://www.YourSiteName.com

Login Information: Enter your "User Name" and "Password".

Publish Tab:

Page Title: Type an appropriate title

File Name: index.html for the "homepage". Choose other .html names for other pages.

Sites Directory for this page: None for the home page. Put something here ONLY if this file goes into a subdirectory.

If you need to retrieve the files in your site, Netscape does NOT offer that option. Use an FTP program to login to your site.

Users of some publishing programs try to "save" to the server. Webmasters should always keep copies of their web pages on their computers, so change that option if it is being used.

Web page "extensions" such as Java, JavaScript, Flash, Microsoft Front Page work fine as long as they do not require "server-side" processing of scripts. IOCC.com supports many secure scripting languages such as Perl and PHP for things like form mailing and page counters, but not Front Pages server-side extensions and "Active Server Pages" (ASP) routines.

Preferred names for the "home page" are (in this order): index.html, index.htm, index.shtml, index.php, index.php4, index.php3, index.cgi and default.asp.
